WizeNex

Terms & Conditions

Updated 4 November 2026

1. About WizeNex

WizeNex (wizenex.com) is a community marketplace where gamers post, chat and trade game accounts with the help of trusted Admins. By creating an account or using the website or app, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use WizeNex.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 to buy or sell. Members aged 13 to 17 may only browse and chat, with a parent or guardian’s permission. One person, one account: you may not create extra accounts, especially to get around a suspension or ban.

3. Your account

Give true information and keep your login safe; you are responsible for what happens on your account. Do not pretend to be another person, an Admin or the Owner. Names with emoji, badge symbols or words such as Verified, Admin, Owner or Official are not allowed. WizeNex never asks for your WizeNex password in a chat.

4. Game publisher risk

WizeNex is independent and is not connected to Garena (Free Fire), Konami (eFootball), Tencent (PUBG) or any other game company. Many publishers do not allow selling or transferring accounts and may suspend or ban a traded account. WizeNex cannot restore such an account. Trade only if you accept this risk.

5. Posts and listings

List only accounts that you own and have the right to sell. Your title, details, price, photos, videos and ID type (Male or Female for Free Fire) must be true and current. Mark a post as Sold once it is sold. Videos can be up to 2 minutes. Posting limits apply; verified members can post more. Copied, repeated, fake or misleading posts may be removed. Older posts may leave the main feed until you renew them, and the feed order is decided automatically.

6. Safe deals and Admins

Every deal has a Deal ID and an Admin. The buyer pays only the Admin, inside the deal chat, and adds the payment proof. The Admin confirms the money, the seller hands over the ID, the buyer secures it (password, email, linked accounts, recovery phone) and confirms, then the Admin pays the seller and completes the deal. Every step is saved. Admins may have a deal amount limit set by the Owner. Money sent outside a deal (bKash, Nagad, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other way) is not protected and cannot be recovered by WizeNex or the Admins.

7. Problems and disputes

If something goes wrong, tap Report a problem in the deal chat before the deal is completed. The Admin checks the deal history and proof; when an Admin is part of the deal, the Owner checks it. While a problem is open, the money stays with the Admin until it is solved or returned. Decisions are based on the saved deal history, so keep all talk and proof inside the deal chat. Recovering an account after selling it is fraud.

8. Chats, groups and calls

Be respectful. Do not spam, threaten or harass anyone, and do not share another person’s private information, photos or chats without permission. Group owners and group admins set their group’s rules, price ranges and who can post or message, and may remove members. Do not record calls without the other person’s permission. Report anything that breaks these Terms.

9. Not allowed

Hacked, stolen or shared accounts; scams and fake deals; fake payment screenshots or transaction IDs; selling the same ID to more than one person; sexual content, hate or violence; illegal goods; links to harmful sites; trying to break, overload or misuse the website; and anything that breaks the law of Bangladesh.

10. Suspensions and bans

WizeNex may remove content and suspend an account for a number of hours or days, or ban it with no end date, when these Terms are broken or to protect members. Automatic safety checks can also hold a post or suspend an account for a short time. While suspended or banned you can still sign in and look around, but you cannot post, message, comment or start deals. A timed suspension ends by itself and cannot be appealed. A permanent ban can be appealed from your profile; if the Owner keeps the ban, you can appeal again after 7 days. The Owner’s decision on an appeal is final.

11. Badges

The blue tick (Verified), Trusted seller and Admin badges are given only by the Owner after checks. They show extra trust but are not a guarantee, and they can be removed at any time after abuse. Badges cannot be bought.

12. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You allow WizeNex to store, show, resize and share it on the website and app so the service works, including in previews when a post link is shared. You are responsible for having the right to post it.

13. Limits of responsibility

WizeNex and its Admins are independent community members; WizeNex is not a bank, payment company or escrow service. The website is provided “as is”, and we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, WizeNex is not responsible for losses from trades outside a deal, publisher bans, a member’s false information, or events outside our control.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; important changes will be announced on WizeNex. Using WizeNex after a change means you accept the new Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

15. Contact

Questions about these Terms: message the Owner, Rahat wize, on WizeNex, or use Help & support in the profile menu.
