Google sign-in provides your account identifier, name and email. We store your chosen profile details, posts, uploaded media, messages, deal activity and reports to operate the marketplace. If you apply for verification, we also store your NID photo, WhatsApp number and the location you share at that moment; only the Owner can see them.
Who can see it
Your public name and photo appear on public posts. Full profile pages require sign-in. Private conversations are limited to their participants. Secure deal conversations are available to their participants and assigned Admin. The owner can access member login emails and manage reports, moderation and website permissions.
Hosting and storage
Google handles sign-in. Posts and selected uploaded images are checked by an automated safety service. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores application records and uploaded files. Public profile pictures and group logos may be cached to load faster. Authentication cookies keep you signed in; browser storage remembers preferences and app-install dismissal. The app does not cache private messages or account API responses for offline use.
Your controls
You can edit your profile, remove your posts, block private contact, and archive or delete your own conversation history. Deleting a chat affects your copy; other participants and existing deal records retain their own history. Post view tracking is disabled.

Game publisher rules
Wize Market is an independent community marketplace. It is not connected to Garena (Free Fire), Konami (eFootball) or any other game publisher. Many publishers’ terms say game accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred. A publisher can suspend or permanently ban a traded account, and Wize Market cannot restore it. Buy or sell only if you accept this risk.
How a safe deal works
Every deal has an Admin. 1) The buyer sends money only to the Admin’s number in the deal chat and adds the payment screenshot. 2) The Admin taps Money received. 3) The seller gives the ID. 4) The buyer changes the password and email, then taps I got the ID. 5) The Admin pays the seller and taps Complete deal. A deal is Pending until it is Complete or Cancelled. If the buyer does not reply in time and reports no problem, the Admin can complete the deal. Every step is saved in the deal history.
Money outside a deal
Money sent outside a deal chat (bKash, Nagad, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other way) is not safe, and Admins cannot get it back.
Login details
Share passwords only inside the deal. Wize Market never asks for your password. After you get an ID, change its password, email, Facebook / Google links and recovery phone at once.
Problems
Tap Report a problem in the deal chat. The Admin checks it. When an Admin sells their own ID, the Owner checks it. The money stays with the Admin until the problem is solved or the buyer gets the money back.
Listings
List only accounts you own. Posting limits apply and verified members can post more. Sold posts leave the feed, and older posts need a Renew to stay in it. Fake, copied or stolen listings are removed and the account may be suspended.
Badges and names
Verified and Trusted Admin badges are given only by the Owner after checks and can be removed after scams or abuse. Badges cannot be bought or written into a name: names with emoji, symbols or words like Verified, Admin, Owner or Official are not allowed.
Not allowed
Hacked or stolen accounts, recovering an account after selling it, fake transaction IDs or screenshots, harassment and sexual content. Admins are independent trusted members; Wize Market is not a bank or payment company and does not hold payments itself.
